Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Cancellation:
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are shipped. You can cancel your order directly through your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse the consignment at your doorstep, or you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our return policy.
Cancellation Charges:
No Cancellation Charges: In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, no cancellation charges will be imposed on consumers who cancel their orders before shipment.
Refund Process:
Refund Timeline: Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of an order is cancelled, a partial refund will be processed for the cancelled items.
Exceptions:
Non-Cancellable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. These include perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.
