2. Packaging: Ensure secure packaging of the item.

3. Collection: Returns will be conveniently collected from the original delivery address. During the pickup, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the returned items.

Refund process

1. Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will undergo inspection.

2. Approval/Rejection: You will receive notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

4. Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days following approval.

Exchanges

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please ensure that the item meets the return eligibility criteria and then reach out to our customer service to request an exchange. Follow the same shipping instructions as for returns to complete the process seamlessly.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, it’s crucial to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the damaged/defective item. Rest assured, FILLCART will promptly offer a replacement or refund for the item to make things right for you.
